Graduates Profile
The profile of dentists who graduate from the Faculty of Dentistry at YARSI University follows the graduate profile that has been agreed upon in the AFDOKGI forum (Association of Dental Faculties) and refers to the profile of YARSI University graduates.
Profile of a Dentist who graduated from FKG UY is a professional dentist, has Islamic morals and behavioral attitudes and has the competence and ability to act as:
- Care providers. A dentist who has the ability and competence to make a diagnosis, prepare a treatment plan and carry out treatment and care for patients.
- Decision makersA dentist who is able and competent in deciding based on objective considerations by paying attention to the safety and health of individual patients and communities.
- Communicator. A dentist who possesses the competency and ability to communicate with other people both individually and as a community group so that his/her messages, thoughts and ideas can be understood and accepted
- Community leaders. A dentist who possesses the attitude of a leader and the ability to lead a team or organization especially in health
- Managers. A dentist who is competent in managing a program and able to work effectively and in harmony with other people both inside and outside of healthcare system organizations
- Educator researcher. A person who can act as a professional educator and scientist, who can always improve oneself alongside the progress of science and technology appropriately through the addition of knowledge and research
- Creator and innovator. Sensitive to the health needs in his/her environment and possessed of the creativity and innovation to enact changes and solutions in order to increase the degree of public health.
