Institute for Community Service, LPM YARSI University which previously merged with LPPM, Institute for Research and Community Service, was approved through Chancellor's Decree Number: 036/REK/KEP/IX/2013 in 2013. LPM YARSI University is responsible to the Chancellor. This institution is chaired by Deputy Chancellor III, Community Service. YARSI University LPM has five community service centers, namely Yarsi Save Vision (YSV) Center YARSI Cares for Sight, Yarsi Empowerment Center Village (YEV) Center for Rural Empowerment, Yarsi Relief Agency (YARA) Center for Mass Disaster Management, Yarsi TB Care YARSI Cares for TB and Yarsi HIV/AIDS Care YARSI Cares for HIV/AIDS. These centers were established in 2009 as stated in the YARSI University statute article 58.

For the 2017-2021 period, PkM Study Program activities at the Faculty level consist of: 11 PkM for each study program in coordinated by PkM Coordinator, responsible to the Deputy Chancellor III, Community Service. YARSI University LPM.

YARSI University LPM has carried out activities and collaboration with various parties, as follows:

  • The YARSI Save Vision Center has carried out social services for Cataract Operations in collaboration with PERDAMI and Hospitals, Refraction Examinations and Providing Free Glasses to Elementary School Students, Socialization and Assistance for Cadres for eye diseases.
  • The YARA Center carries out Mandiri Disaster Care activities, Disaster Care activities in collaboration with the regional government and LLDIKTI III Jakarta.
  • The YARSI TB Care Center supports government programs through new TB case discovery activities, promotion of TB programs to the community through TB ​​Cadre training, TB treatment assistance training, TB outreach in the campus environment and at the Middle School and High School levels in collaboration with Global Fun and LKNU /Ministry of Health, and Regional Government.
  • The YARSI HIV/AIDS Center carries out HIV/AIDS education in middle school, high school and university students, TB-HIV and HIV-TB sufferers in collaboration with NGOs and the Regional Government.
  • Yarsi Village Empowerment Center Supports government programs to make communities independent, in collaboration with local government, community, cadres.
