Academic Operational Services usually called LOA, has 4 services, namely:

1. Lecture/Practicum Administration Services
2. Financial Administration Services
3. KRS Management
4. Management of SPP-BPP

Apart from the services above, LOA also provides the following:

1. Monitor and evaluate Information Systems process (sisakad)
2. Submit regular Academic announcements to LIM
3. Provide a detailed Academic calendar to the Faculty
4. Make a list of tuition fee installments for students
5. Providing Information (Consultation) to Students regarding Lecture Administration and Financial Administration
