The Dynamic of Indonesian Legal System: Challenges and Opportunities in 5.0 Society

Society 5.0 is a new game-changer in the legal realm. The foundations of many legal principles and theories must be learned and reexamined according to new realities created by the new era. Therefore, YARSI University Faculty of Law and Master of Notary Program will host the summer course to find the challenges and answer all challenges that faced by 5.0 society. The summer course will address some significant areas that society 5.0 will potentially face, such as in intellectual property, security, administrative law, contract law and even in religion law.

Law Faculty and Master of Notary Program YARSI Summer School 2024, we aim to learn about the The Dynamic of Indonesian Legal System: Challenges and Opportunities in 5.0 Society”. Our Summer School offers a 5-days class lecture taught in English from 18th to 22nd March 2024 through an online platform. Each day participants will learn and dive into different but related topics delivered by our renewed speakers.

To deliver our commitment of quality learning, each participant will be required to finish a short assignment at the end of each day. The finished assignment will be reviewed by our lecturer and serves as a perquisite to receive the certificate of completion. This summer school would be an ideal place for you to learn and engage in new knowledge.

Course objectives:

Upon completion of their Summer Abroad course, participants should demonstrate the ability to:

  • The participants are able to have a broad and in-depth understanding about Indonesian legal system.
  • The participants are able to identify the environment problems and challenges faced in 5.0 societies in terms of legal aspect. Particularly in Indonesia and global context.

The participants are able to develop their expertise in comparative legal system.
