In June, 29 2026, The Distance Learning Directorate (DPJJ) of Universitas YARSI conducted a strategic visit to Indosat Marvelous Xperience (MX) Center as part of efforts to strengthen synergy between the world of education and the digital technology industry in accelerating digital transformation within higher education institutions. The activity, involving the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Universitas YARSI, Chair of Universitas YARSI, Rector of Universitas YARSI, DPJJ team, and OPTIMA ITT, represents a shared commitment to drive innovation in increasingly digital and adaptive educational services. The urgency of this visit lies in the need for higher education institutions to deeply understand the implementation of state-of-the-art digital technology in industry, so they can integrate these technological solutions into learning systems and institutional management. During the visit, participants had the opportunity to explore various innovative solutions developed by Indosat, including the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), immersive technology, and various smart solutions that support the development of digital learning ecosystems and improvement of technology-based educational services. This exploration provides practical insights into how digital technology can be optimized to enhance learning effectiveness, student engagement, and operational efficiency in higher education institutions.
