Universitas YARSI’s Magister Kenotariatan (MKn) Program has recently been awarded international accreditation facilitation support for the year 2023 by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Dirjen Diktiristek, Kemendikbudristek). This prestigious support is aimed at helping the program attain accreditation from the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), a significant step in enhancing the program’s global reputation and competitiveness.
The MKn program’s receipt of this facilitation funding marks a pivotal moment in its ongoing efforts to enhance educational quality and international recognition. Dr. Chandra Yusuf, Head of the Program, explained that the facilitation process involves completing a Self-Evaluation Report (SER) and refining the curriculum to align with the FIBAA standards and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI). The MKn Program is now in the final stages of preparing to submit the necessary documents, including a comprehensive proposal, ensuring the program is fully ready for accreditation.
Despite the challenges posed by tight timelines and the need for accurate documentation, the facilitation has enabled the program to move forward and continue its mission to educate future notaries with high standards. This process will not only strengthen the program’s international standing but also open doors for future collaborations with global academic institutions.
