- There are seven elective courses: 1) Intellectual Property Law; 2) Capital Market Law; 3) Banking Law; 4) Arbitration Law;
5) Consumer Protection Law; 6) Archiving Law
Notary Public; (7) International Trade Law. - Competent lecturers who have PhD degrees from well-known universities
at home/abroad. - Has a Moot Court Room and Laboratory
Integrated legal design to support
lectures. - Have space Computer Based Test (CBT)
Center capacity of more than 350 students. - Has collaborated with various
government agencies to support
competency-based learning
within the scope of government, legislature,
and judiciary.
The Master of Notary Program was developed to produce graduates with integrity, professionalism, independence and universality based on Islamic values. The Master of Notary Program at YARSI University is designed to provide a solid foundation for a successful career in the legal field and to achieve unlimited opportunities in the world of notarization. The Master of Notary Program has also collaborated with various parties at the national and international level, both from academic circles, government, companies and other universities.
