On August 6, 2025, YARSI University held an “Inclusive Service Excellent” training for educational staff as part of the institution’s commitment to improving the quality of inclusive and high-quality educational services. The training is led by Alabanyo Brebahama, M.Psi., Psychologist, as Head of the Learning Management System Development Center and Faculty of Psychology Lecturer at YARSI University, together with co-trainer Meydina Muharramah Putri Diliyanty, M.Psi., Psychologist from the Distance Learning Directorate. This activity aims to equip educational staff with skills to provide friendly, professional services that can accommodate the diversity of students with various backgrounds and special needs.
This training aligns with achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4 on Quality Education, which aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”. Through capacity building for educational staff in providing inclusive services, YARSI University supports the creation of learning environments that are safe, non-discriminatory, and effective for all students. This initiative also contributes to SDG 4 targets to “provide safe, non-violent, inclusive and effective learning environments for all” thereby reducing disparities in access and quality of higher education in Indonesia.
