‘KKN Tematik Merajut Nusantara III’ in Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara

On July 27 to August 6, 2025, YARSI University actively participated in the “KKN Tematik Merajut Nusantara III” in Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Their active contribution to this activity aimed to develop and enhance the potential of students and lecturers in education, research, and community service. This activity focused on three main areas: health, education, and the creative economy. Students collaborated with participants from various universities participating in this activity to support programs to improve public health quality, strengthen the education sector, and encourage the development of the local creative economy.

The contributions of YARSI Faculty of Medicine students in this activity not only served as a tangible contribution to the community but also provided valuable experience in honing academic skills, social awareness, and a spirit of togetherness in diversity. The active participation of YARSI University in this activity is also a real form of support for the SDGs goals, namely Good Health and Well-Being (Goal 3) which is reflected in the program to improve the quality of public health, Quality Education (Goal 4) which is shown from activities that transfer knowledge to local communities, Decent work and Economic Growth (Goal 8) which is reflected by activities that also encourage the development and empowerment of the community economy through the creative sector, and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17) which is shown from collaboration between universities and partnerships between academics and local communities.
